Job Description
As a Line Cook, you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:

Preparing all menu items to recipe by using plating specs and photos

Reviewing menus prior to preparation of food

Ensuring that all food procedures are followed

Coordinating food service with other departments as necessary

Effectively communicating to Front-of-House to ensure uncompromised guest experience

Following all safety and sanitation guidelines

Learning and executing all new menu items and regularly-changing features
Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Prefer minimum of 1 year of line experience required

Experience with quantity food preparation preferred

Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces

Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication

Available to work holidays and weekends
