Job Description

As a Line Cook, you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:

  • Preparing all menu items to recipe by using plating specs and photos
  • Reviewing menus prior to preparation of food
  • Ensuring that all food procedures are followed
  • Coordinating food service with other departments as necessary
  • Effectively communicating to Front-of-House to ensure uncompromised guest experience
  • Following all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Learning and executing all new menu items and regularly-changing features

 

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer minimum of 1 year of line experience required
  • Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
  • Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
  • Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • Available to work holidays and weekends
